Foam-Based System
Protection of mobile machinery from hydrocarbon fuel fires
Foam fire suppression systems are automatically activated when a fire is detected. Once the foam system is activated, a large volume of foam is discharged and effectively covers the fuel surface, creating a blanket that obstructs the release of flammable vapours and hinders the fire’s access to oxygen. The foam not only cools the fuel and surrounding structures but also curtails the risk of re-ignition.

Foam Fire Suppression Systems for your Industry

Foam-based systems rapidly suppress fires by smothering the flames and preventing the release of flammable vapors, effectively reducing heat and oxygen levels. The foam forms a protective blanket, which

System Components
Cylinder Valves
Manufactured from a single piece of billet stainless steel, cylinder valves are designed to provide reliability and performance. Available in both electronic LHD and pneumatic LOP.
Remote Actuators
Enable the operator to trigger manual activation of the fire suppression system. Available in either push-button or a lever design and manufactured from stainless steel.
Remote Activation Device

Related Systems

Readily available fire fighting unit that provides a flexible fire protection solution. The TUFF unit can be attached or positioned either on mobile equipment or the back of a support vehicle. Versatile use for various applications.
