LUBRICATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Overview of Lincoln Flowmaster II Systems

Lincoln Flowmaster pumps are designed to have an increased pump life as well as simplifying pump installation, operation and service. The pumps are available in hydraulic, AC or DC electric and have a common crankcase design.

Less susceptible to grease contamination, the pump and reservoir combination models are level sensor and shut-off system ready, making this a premium-choice pump for single-line parallel lubrication systems.

The standard Flowmaster pump fits 25kg to 180kg grease reservoirs, a special shortened Flowmaster pumps also fit the JSG compact heavy duty pump station reservoirs.

HYDRAULIC FLOWMASTER PUMPS

High-performance FlowMaster hydraulic pumps combine rotary-driven pump motors with reciprocating pump tubes. Integrated control manifold adjusts the amount of lubricant and operating pressure. The pump’s output is adjustable from 7 to 45 cubic inches per minute.

ELECTRIC FLOWMASTER PUMPS

Lincoln’s Electric 24VDC and 12VDC FlowMaster pumps can serve all but the largest automated lubrication applications. Because you can by adjusting the speed of the pump’s motor, you can adjust the pump’s output to precisely fit any application.

MINING

An important consideration in the mining market is effective equipment lubrication. Correct lubrication not only reduces wear, but also acts to purge the pins and bushings of contamination.

AGRICULTURE

Today's farmers face many challenges, including the protection of their machinery in the harsh environment in which it operates. Lubrication management is a must to ensure safety and productivity.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Moisture, temperature changes, product spillage and washdown practices all contribute to reduced bearing life which, in turn, can lead to reduced levels of productivity.

PRINTING

Consistency and reliability in ink supply are vital ingredients in any printing operation. The automation of lubrication management ensures presses operate in optimum condition.

ONROAD TRANSPORT

Fleet operations and transportation companies are constantly under pressure to save money, increase productivity and make every investment in commercial vehicles last longer.

OTHER INDUSTRIES

Lubrication Management provides considerable benefits to a number of industries. These include Stevedoring, Wind Farming, Railways, plus many more...
