Overview of Lincoln Dual Line Systems

The Lincoln Dual Line System is ideal for long pumping distances and extreme temperatures. It is easy to adjust to meet specific bearing requirements. It provides high pressure, up to 5,000 psi, and is designed to work with many lubrication points over a wide area and easily handle very viscous (heavy) greases.

The system’s pump pressurizes metering devices through one side of a four-way, two-position reversing valve and the first supply line. The metering device control piston shifts and directs pressurized lubricant to the main piston, which displaces lubricant to the bearing.

Lubricant on the other side of the control piston is vented back to the reservoir through the second supply line and the other side of the reversing valve. The reversing valve shifts and the pump pressurizes the second supply line, repeating the cycle in reverse.

LINCOLN ZPU01/02 PUMPS

Depending on the number of pump elements, these high-pressure, high-volume pumps can be as a supply pump for small to midsize two-line systems. The pumps are available with either 10 or 30 litre reservoir and come with a 3 phase multi-range motor.

LINCOLN ZPU08/14/24 PUMPS

The high-pressure ZPU08, ZPU14 and ZPU24 are state-of-the-art pumps are extremely serviceable and reliable. All main components are easily accessible. The pumps come standard with a pressure relief valve, a check valve, a lubricant filter, and a pressure gauge.

MD MAGNETIC INDICATOR DEVICE

The MD magnetic indicator device is completely maintenance free and is suitable for extreme ambient conditions in the heavy industry. Even at temperatures of up to 120°C the device is resistant to dust and steam penetration.

DU1 CHANGE-OVER VALVES

The DU1 change-over valve alternately discharges the lubricant fed by the pump into one of the two main lines while the other line is connected to the return line connection of the pump. Once a preset pressure is reached the change-over process is automatically initiated.

MP2 CHANGE-OVER VALVES

This pneumatically operated change-over valve is designed for use in two-line systems and alternately discharges the lubricant fed by the pump into one of both main lines, while the other main line is connected to the return line connection of the pump.

EM-U3 CHANGE-OVER VALVE

This electric motor operated change over valve is designed for use in two-line systems with a maximum operating pressure of 400 bars. It is available in 24 VDC and 230 VAC versions.

END-OF-LINE PRESSURE UNIT

The mechanical end-of-line pressure switch unit is used for control and monitoring of the two-line system and consists of electric/hydraulic pressure switch with limit switch, two pressure gauges 0–600 bars and connection fittings for 10 mm tube.

DCP1 ELECTRONIC END-OF-LINE PRESSURE UNIT

Used for control and monitoring of a two-line system this unit consists of a DPC1 Electronic end-of-line pressure switch unit with integrated control unit for automatic setting of the optimum operating pressure and pressure sensors.

VSG, VSL, VSKH AND VSKV TWO-LINE METERING DEVICES

These high quality, galvanized steel metering devices are designed for high-pressure (up to 400 bar) or low to medium-pressure two-line systems. Are available with up to 8 outlets and each outlet pair is equipped with an indicator pin for visual monitoring.
