LUBRICATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

Overview of Chain & Spray Lubrication Systems

The largest relative movement of all chains occurs between the link plate and the chain stud where considerable force is transmitted. Insufficient lubrication of area will cause premature wear and chain failure. The consequence is expensive production downtime. Careful and efficient automated lubrication is a prerequisite for optimum functioning and an extended chain life.

COBRA LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

Lincoln’s chain lubrication range is particularly suitable for conveyor chains and conveyor lines, in which the inner roller and stud of the chain are lubricated while the chain is in operation. The system can supply either NLGI class 2 grease or oil.

ORSCO LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

The major difference between ORSCO oil lubrication systems and other lubrication technologies is the use of a continuous, or intermittent ultra-fine, non-misting lubricant spray delivered under high velocity, low pressure. A 0.3mL drop of lubricant can be delivered up to 4 minutes.

EOS ESILUB OIL LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

The EOS (electrical) ESILUB Chain Oil Lubrication Systems are economically priced and uses direct operating oil injectors to dispense precisely metered amounts of oil on the chains of industrial & agricultural equipment to reduce chain and sprocket wear.

PMA CHAIN LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

The PMA2 solenoid pump is designed to be used as an oil supply pump, primarily in a chain lubrication system. The gravity-fed magnetically operated pump is signalled by a proximity switch. Then, fixed quantities of oil are supplied to the spray nozzles.

TRICO GRAVITY FEED CHAIN LUBRICATION SYSTEMS

Designed to be used with chains of small designs and low speeds. When combined with Brush and Roller styles of applicators, Trico’s gravity feed oilers work to extend chain life in a wide range of industrial lubricating applications.

LINCOLN AIRLESS SPRAY SYSTEM

Because no air is required, the Airless Spray System means that mining, concrete, steel and other heavy industries can look forward to dependable, high pressure lubricant spraying that’s low-maintenance and cost-effective with less waste.

MINING

An important consideration in the mining market is effective equipment lubrication. Correct lubrication not only reduces wear, but also acts to purge the pins and bushings of contamination.

AGRICULTURE

Today's farmers face many challenges, including the protection of their machinery in the harsh environment in which it operates. Lubrication management is a must to ensure safety and productivity.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Moisture, temperature changes, product spillage and washdown practices all contribute to reduced bearing life which, in turn, can lead to reduced levels of productivity.

PRINTING

Consistency and reliability in ink supply are vital ingredients in any printing operation. The automation of lubrication management ensures presses operate in optimum condition.

ONROAD TRANSPORT

Fleet operations and transportation companies are constantly under pressure to save money, increase productivity and make every investment in commercial vehicles last longer.

OTHER INDUSTRIES

Lubrication Management provides considerable benefits to a number of industries. These include Stevedoring, Wind Farming, Railways, plus many more...
